Watermark Floor Plans

Although there is 4 different floor plans to choose from we can lock them up or down to suit your needs and budget. You will need to check availability to book:

• Unit 6 is an Ocean View (Honeymoon) unit can be let as a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment with Spa.
• Unit 7 has some water view from the balcony only, has 2 queens, 2 bathrooms & 2 Bunk beds in a seperate study.
• Unit 7 is also ideal as a corporate booking accommodation for business use which can be locked down to a 1 bedroom & ensuite.
• Unit 3 can sleep up to 7 guests and is an ideal family Apartment with large outdoor area for kids to play safely.
• Unit 4 has a queen & 2 single beds 2 bathrooms and also has a great outdoor area for kids. Can be lock down to 1 bedroom & ensuite for couples.
• Although all have spa baths, there will be a extra $30 charge to use them (except U6 Ocean View unit which is included in the tarrif). 

Note: Water restrictions apply in Hervey Bay as well as the rest of Australia and we wish to do our bit to help save water and as Spas need to be filled again to be cleaned after use we would rather you just used the bath only if you need to.

ALL apartments have great BBQ's on the decks which must be cleaned on exit or a charge of $20 will be made on your credit card for us to do it.

ALL APARTMENTS ARE SELF CATERING AND HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY A HOLIDAY, YOU NEED ONLY BRING FOOD & DRINK......
